Join us for User Conference 2012 which is scheduled for October 7 - 10, 2012 at the Gold Strike Casino Resort in Tunica, Mississippi. Please mark your calendars and plan to attend.

With registration for the conference you can, at no additional cost, also attend a 1 day training class on the "ADSi Report Writer ". This training class will be held on Thursday, October 11, 2012 at the Courtyard by Marriott at 7225 Sleepy Hollow Drive, Southaven, MS 38671. Class size is limited so registration is required and should be done as early as possible to guarantee availability. To register, send an email to lous@e9.com and include your name, site, and an email address to which a confirmation can be sent. There is a limit of 2 persons per site. Remember, you must be registered for the conference to register for this class.

Hotel room reservations and meeting registrations must be accomplished by submitting a registration form online. Click Here to register . A separate meeting registration form must be submitted for each individual regular attendee, each spouse/friend, or each vendor. ADSi will confirm your reservation with the Gold Strike and will email to you the hotel confirmation number when it is received. All room requests are sent to the hotel about 21 days before the meeting and about a week later you should get your confirmation number from ADSi. If you request a hotel room on this registration form, do not contact the hotel directly for a room as it could result in double booking.

A welcome dinner will be served on Sunday, October 7, 2012 starting at 6:00 PM.
A buffet breakfast will be served on Monday, October 8, 2012 from 7:00 AM to 8:15 AM.
A dinner cruise on the Tunica Queen Riverboat on Monday, October 8, 2012.
A lunch will be served on Tuesday, October 9, 2012.
A door prize drawing will be conducted at each session.
A grand prize drawing will be conducted at lunch on Tuesday, October 9, 2012.

	Our keynote speaker will be Clinton R. Van Zandt who was with the FBI for 25 years where he served as a Supervisor with the FBI's internationally respected Behavioral Science or "Silence of the Lambs" Unit. He was also the FBI's Chief Hostage Negotiator and managed the FBI's Major Case/Crisis Management Program. Prior to this he was an agent with U.S. Army Intelligence and is a Vietnam War veteran. He has been the primary hostage negotiator for numerous national and international kidnap and hostage situations and he has testified before the U.S. Senate.
	On Monday, October 8, 2012, ADSi will be presenting information on new products and updates on existing products. See the agenda for details.
	On Tuesday, October 9, 2012 seminars will be conducted on numerous ADSi applications. See the agenda for details.
	Come listen to customers present information about their site and about their use of ADSi software.
	On Monday, October 8, 2012 we will enjoy a dinner cruise on the Tunica Queen Riverboat. Dinner and live music will be provided.
	Site consultation sessions will be conducted on Wednesday, October 10, 2012. Sign up is available and must be done online. To view the schedule, Click here.
	Once again there will be an Activities Only program allowing the spouse/friend to attend dinner on Sunday, breakfast on Monday, dinner cruise on Monday, and lunch on Tuesday. All of this for a registration fee of only $60.00.
